ReThink Enterprise is looking for skilled subcontractors to assist with our projects. We are looking for contractors who have the following qualities:
- Technical Skills – Must possess proven technical skills in your specific field of work. We specialize in Timber Frame Construction, Steel Framing, SIP Home Construction, and more. We are associated with vendors such as Canada Timber-Frames and Thermo Core and have high expectations of the subcontractors we hire.
- Business Skills – You must be able to communicate effectively with our team and directly with the clients we serve. We need to know that our clients can count on you to be on time and that you honor your commitments. Your pricing, invoicing, and all related paperwork must be clear, honest, and timely.
- Insurance and Workman’s Compensation are in place.
